We collect only what we need to make, engrave and deliver your gift, and we never sell your personal information.
- What we collect: your contact and shipping details, the personalization you choose, and basic data about how you use our site.
- Why: to fulfill your order, support you, keep the site secure and improve our shop.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your engraving text: used only to make your order. We never publish it without your permission.
- Your choices: you can access, correct or delete your information, opt out of marketing, and opt out of targeted advertising at any time.

1. Who We Are
Gozi360 is operated by Gozi 360 LLC, based in California, United States (“Gozi360,” “we,” “us” or “our”). We design and laser-engrave personalized gifts.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit gozi360.com, place an order, create an account, contact us, or interact with us on social media or by email (together, our “Services”).
By using our Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. This policy works together with our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use our site, and limited information from partners.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, health information or precise geolocation.
3. Your Personalization, Gift Recipients and Photos
The words and designs you engrave are personal. We treat them that way.
- Engraving content. We use your names, dates, messages, logos and artwork only to produce and quality-check your order and to handle any support request about it.
- Your artwork and logos. By uploading a logo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only for your order and never reuse it for other customers or for our own marketing.
- Gift recipients. When you send a gift, you give us the recipient’s name and shipping address. We use these details only to deliver that order. We do not add recipients to marketing lists or contact them for any other purpose.
- Photos of finished pieces. We may photograph your item before it ships for quality control. We will never post a photo that shows your personalization, or any name or private detail, without your express permission.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to run our shop and serve you well:
- Fulfill orders: process payments, engrave your items, ship them and send order and shipping updates.
- Support you: answer questions, handle returns and resolve problems.
- Manage your account: keep your order history, saved addresses and wishlist.
- Communicate with you: send transactional emails and, only if you opt in, news and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Improve our Services: understand which pages and products work, fix errors and improve the shopping experience.
- Advertise responsibly: measure our ads and show relevant ads, subject to your opt-out choices in Section 8.
- Protect our business and customers: prevent fraud, secure our site and enforce our terms.
- Meet legal obligations: keep tax and accounting records and respond to lawful requests.
5. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your full card number, expiration date and security code go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
We receive only limited details from Stripe, such as card type, the last four digits, billing ZIP code and whether the payment succeeded. Stripe may use your information for fraud prevention as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy. Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, where offered, are also subject to those providers’ privacy policies.
6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to run our store, understand how it is used and, where permitted, advertise our products.

Managing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart or checkout from working. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and adjust ad preferences in your Google, Meta and TikTok account settings.
7. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with partners who help us run our business, and only as much as they need.

Our service providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We do not share your engraving content with anyone except as needed to make and ship your order.
8. We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never sell your engraving content, contact list or customer data.
Some privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. If we use these tools, you can opt out at any time:
- Email us at info@gozi360.com with the subject line “Opt Out of Targeted Advertising.”
- Use Global Privacy Control (GPC). We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Do Not Track. Browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals have no common industry standard, so our site does not respond to them. We do honor GPC as described above.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
10. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, payments are handled by Stripe, account passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to fulfill orders.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law. Please keep your account password private and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
We extend the following rights to all of our U.S. customers, wherever you live:
- Access: ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information. You can also update most details in My Account.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information. We may keep records we must retain by law, such as tax records.
- Opt out of marketing: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or contact us.
- Opt out of targeted advertising: see Section 8.
- No discrimination: we will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your rights.
How to make a request. Email info@gozi360.com or call (818) 857-1234. To protect your account, we will verify your identity, usually by confirming details linked to your email address or order. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time as the law allows.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within the time required by your state’s law.
12. Additional Information for California Residents
As a California company, we follow the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and, to the extent it applies to us, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA). We use account login details only to provide your account. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents ask about personal information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
13. International Visitors
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with data protection laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to data portability. We rely on contract performance to fulfill your order, on our legitimate interests to run and improve our shop, and on your consent for optional marketing and advertising cookies. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 16. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
14. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults. Several of our products, such as whiskey decanters, barware and cigar humidors, are designed for adults of legal drinking and smoking age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services or the law change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make a material change, we will tell you through a notice on our site or by email before it takes effect.
